Refund & Cancellation Policy

Client Flow CRM is a subscription service billed on a recurring monthly basis. Client Flow CRM is a technology brand owned and operated by Coury Insurance Group LLC. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing work.

1) Free Trial and Billing Start

If you start a free trial, you will receive full access to the Service for the duration of the trial period shown at sign-up (currently 30 days, unless otherwise stated). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at $89/month, and your payment method will be charged.

2) Monthly Charges Are Non-Refundable

All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. This includes cases where the Service is used frequently, infrequently, or not at all during the billing period. By maintaining an active subscription, you reserve access to platform resources and services for that billing cycle.

3) How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Inside your account (recommended via the Billing tab), or

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be billed again unless you reactivate. To avoid the next charge, you must cancel before your next billing date.

4) Failed Payments / Past-Due Accounts

If a payment fails, we (or our payment processor) may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account may become past due and access to the Service may be paused or restricted until payment is resolved.

5) Access and Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, access to the Service may be disabled. We recommend exporting any data you want to keep before your subscription ends. We may retain Customer Data for a limited period for legal, operational, or backup reasons. We may delete Customer Data after a reasonable retention period following cancellation or termination.
